Welcome to ez4. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ez4 platform at ez4.pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ez4 as the platform operator. This agreement takes effect from the date you register as a member or begin using ez4's services, whichever is earlier.

To be eligible to use the ez4 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the ez4 platform at all times. Holding multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all balances being voided.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. The details you will need to supply include:

• A valid payment method registered in your own name.

An identity verification (KYC) process will be conducted before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a MyKad, passport, or valid Malaysian driving licence.

Ez4 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from technical disruptions, errors, or downtime. However, we continually strive to ensure system availability exceeds 99.9%.

• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

Ez4's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
